Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and maintain the network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls and other network devices.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely manner.
3. Provide technical support and advice to users regarding network-related issues.
4. Install, configure and test network hardware and software components.
5. Monitor network performance and security to ensure the availability and integrity of the network.
6. Develop and implement network security policies and procedures.
7. Research and evaluate new technologies and recommend updates and upgrades to the network infrastructure.
8. Document network configurations and create diagrams and schematics.
9. Train users on new network technologies.
10. Provide exceptional customer service and support.
