At Varian Medical Systems, we are looking for a passionate District Sales Manager to join our team and help us in our mission to provide the best quality of care for cancer patients. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of sales success.The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, as well as a minimum of five years of sales experience in medical technology. Candidates should also have a strong knowledge and understanding of the medical industry, as well as the ability to develop and implement sales plans.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the fight against cancer. Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales plans to meet revenue and profit goals for assigned territory.
  2. Act as a liaison between the organization and customers, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.
  3. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  4. Manage the sales pipeline, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing new and existing accounts.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and trends in the medical industry.
  6. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to promote the organization.
  7. Prepare reports and presentations to provide updates on sales progress and market analysis.
  8. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and business partners.
  9. Track customer feedback and develop customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
