Job Description

At Varian Medical Systems, we are looking for an experienced ATS Sales and Program Manager to join our team. This dynamic role requires an individual with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the drive to help us grow our sales and programs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and program management, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. If you have the required qualifications and the enthusiasm to take on this challenging yet rewarding role, then we want to hear from you!Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field • 5+ years’ experience in sales and program management • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships • Strong problem-solving skills • Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain customer relationships in order to promote sales and programs.
  2. Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales and program progress.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for growth.
  4. Manage and monitor program activities to ensure successful execution.
  5. Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the sales and program management process.
  6. Prepare and present reports on sales and program performance.
  7. Develop strategies to increase sales and program efficiency.
  8. Create and implement plan to meet sales and program goals.
  9. Provide support and training to team members as needed.
  10. Utilize MS Office Suite to create documents and presentations.
