
Senior Director, Consumer Insights
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Senior Director, Consumer Insights to join the team at Vans. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of consumer insights initiatives that will inform and influence business and product strategies. You’ll play a critical role in understanding our consumer, in order to drive revenue and create the best customer experience possible.You should be a strategic thinker with the ability to uncover insights and identify new opportunities to grow our consumer base. You should also be an excellent communicator, able to effectively collaborate with leadership teams, market researchers and other stakeholders to ensure that consumer insights are incorporated into our business objectives.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in consumer insights and market research, with a proven track record of developing insights and strategies that have led to tangible business outcomes. You should be comfortable with data analysis and possess strong quantitative and qualitative expertise. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.If you’re a driven and creative individual with a passion for understanding consumer behavior, we’d love to hear from you.
