Senior Designer, Accessories

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Senior Designer to join the Accessories team at Vans. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a meticulous eye for detail, and a knack for developing innovative ideas.This position requires significant experience in the design field, with a strong focus on the apparel and/or footwear industry. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fashion, or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.We’re looking for a Senior Designer who can take initiative and demonstrate their creative vision, while also collaborating well with the rest of the team. The successful candidate must be able to effectively communicate their ideas, both verbally and in writing, and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 6. Develop design briefs and present design concepts to stakeholders.
7. Ensure quality and accuracy of all designs.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technology.
9. Participate in research and development of new design ideas.
10. Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers.
