Responsibilities:

1. Develop regulatory compliance systems and processes to ensure Valero meets all applicable regulatory requirements.
2. Monitor and evaluate compliance systems for effectiveness.
3. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
4. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
5. Coordinate and lead internal and external compliance audits.
6. Investigate and respond to inquiries from regulators and other stakeholders.
7. Provide guidance and support to internal teams to ensure compliance.
8. Create and maintain compliance training programs.
9. Maintain accurate records and documentation of compliance activities.
10. Report on compliance activities and findings to upper management.
