Sleep Tech Trainee

The UVM Medical Center is looking for an enthusiastic Sleep Tech Trainee to join our Sleep Services team! We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care. This position requires a high level of responsibility and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.The following qualifications are required:• A minimum of a high school diploma or GED • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in sleep services • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment • A basic understanding of medical terminology • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Knowledge of sleep diagnostic technology and procedures • Commitment to providing patient-centered care • Ability to work with a wide variety of people • Current CPR certification • Completion of a Sleep Technology Program or equivalentIf this opportunity sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
