Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to patients with rheumatic diseases, and serve as a clinical resource for pharmacists, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
- Ensure that patient care is delivered in compliance with professional standards, relevant laws, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers.
- Participate in patient education activities and provide patient counseling on proper medication use.
- Educate healthcare providers on rheumatology medications and their therapeutic applications.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement activities.
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and developments in the field of rheumatology pharmacy.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new rheumatology pharmacy services.
Doctor Of Pharmacy Degree
