Physical Therapist per diem

1. Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs and create individualized treatment plans.
2. Administer a variety of physical therapy techniques and exercises to patients to improve their strength, mobility, and overall physical function.
3. Monitor and track patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
4. Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques they can incorporate into their daily routines to continue their progress outside of therapy sessions.
5. Communicate effectively with other healthcare providers and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of treatment.
6. Document all patient interactions, treatments, and progress accurately and in a timely manner.
7. Adhere to all clinical and ethical guidelines and standards set forth by the medical center and relevant governing bodies.
8. Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure all equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
9. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated on current trends and advancements in the field of physical therapy.
