Pharmacist Outpatient

As a Pharmacist Outpatient at UVM Medical Center, you will be responsible for helping our patients receive the most effective medications and health care services. 7. Maintain patient records and document patient interactions.
8. Provide customer service-oriented care in a professional and courteous manner.
9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
10. Monitor inventory levels and order medication as needed.
