  1. Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and processing paperwork to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  2. Coordinate schedules and appointments for medical staff, including scheduling meetings, arranging coverage, and managing conflicts.
  3. Provide support to medical staff by assisting with patient inquiries, coordinating referrals, and facilitating communication between providers and patients.
  4. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks to ensure the quality and integrity of our operations.
  5. Respond promptly and professionally to patient and staff inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication across the medical group.
  7. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations.
  8. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, making efficient use of time and resources.
  9. Utilize strong computer skills to efficiently navigate electronic medical records and other software systems.
  10. Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, providers, and other staff members to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
  11. Uphold the values and mission of UVM Medical Center's Medical Group by providing exceptional care and service to our community.
  12. Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the medical group.
