As a new graduate nurse, you have the opportunity to join our team through our Nurse Residency program. This program is designed to support and guide newly licensed nurses as they transition into the fast-paced world of healthcare.   1. Provide exceptional patient care: As a new graduate nurse at UVM Medical Center, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality and compassionate care to all patients.

  3. Join our team through the Nurse Residency program: Your main responsibility will be to participate in our Nurse Residency program and actively engage in all aspects of the program.
  4. Support and guide newly licensed nurses: As a Nurse Residency participant, you will have the responsibility of supporting and guiding newly licensed nurses as they transition into the healthcare field.
