  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our network of healthcare providers.
  2. Conduct thorough research and market analysis to identify potential candidates and target areas for recruitment.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment sources, such as universities, job fairs, and professional organizations.
  4. Utilize various recruitment methods, including online job postings, social media, and networking events, to reach a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  5. Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit for our organization.
  6. Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment plans to fulfill them.
  7. Coordinate and facilitate on-site interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.
  9. Communicate with candidates regularly to provide updates on their application status and gather feedback on their experience.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  11. Participate in relevant job fairs, conferences, and other events to promote our organization and attract potential candidates.
  12. Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new providers.
  13. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in recruitment and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  14. Represent our organization positively and professionally at all times, both internally and externally.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
