- Collaborate with other medical technologists and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Adhere to all regulatory and accreditation standards to ensure compliance.
- Participate in quality assurance programs and assist with maintaining laboratory accreditations.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
- Act as a resource for colleagues and assist with problem-solving and troubleshooting as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Medical Technology Or A Related Field.
Certification As A Medical Technologist (Mt) Or Medical Laboratory Scientist (Mls) Through A Recognized Accrediting Agency Such As Ascp.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Core Lab.
Strong Knowledge Of Laboratory Techniques And Procedures, Including Proficiency In Performing And Interpreting Various Diagnostic Tests.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment And Communicate Effectively With Patients, Healthcare Professionals, And Laboratory Staff.
