Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Licensure In The State Of Vermont.
Current Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification.
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience Working In A Home Health Or Hospice Setting.
Ability To Work Independently And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Work Collaboratively With Patients, Families, And Interdisciplinary Team Members.
