Labor and Delivery Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Assist nurses and physicians with providing a safe and comfortable birthing experience for mothers and their families.
2. Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the labor and delivery process.
3. Maintain excellent communication with patients and their families.
4. Ensure clinical documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
5. Monitor patient vitals and administer medications as needed.
6. Assist in the performance of medical procedures and treatments.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
8. Comply with all hospital policies and procedures.
9. Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
10. Remain current with protocols and best practices in labor and delivery.
