  1. Perform interventional radiology procedures under the supervision of a licensed physician, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and quality care.
  2. Collaborate with the interventional radiology team to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
  3. Conduct thorough patient assessments, taking into consideration their medical history, current symptoms, and any other relevant information.
  4. Provide patient education and support, explaining procedures and answering any questions or concerns.
  5. Monitor patient response to treatment and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.
  6. Document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions accurately and in a timely manner.
  7. Adhere to all hospital and departmental policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
  8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current evidence-based practices and procedures in interventional radiology.
  9. Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  11. Serve as a resource and mentor for other healthcare professionals, sharing expertise and best practices.
  12. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and actively seek out opportunities for professional development.
  13. Represent the hospital and department in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • A Valid License As A Physician Assistant Or Nurse Practitioner In The State Of Vermont.

  • Board Certification As An Advanced Practice Provider In Interventional Radiology.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In Interventional Radiology.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With The Interventional Radiology Team.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment, With A Strong Focus On Patient Care And Safety.
