Inpatient Pharmacist Clinician

The University of Vermont Medical Center is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Inpatient Pharmacist Clinician to join our team. As the Inpatient Pharmacist Clinician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and safe drug therapy management to our patients. You will also work collaboratively with other health care providers to ensure the highest quality of care.To excel in this role, you must have exemplary communication, critical thinking, and problem solving skills. You must also possess a doctorate degree in Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited college or university, and hold a current license as a pharmacist in the State of Vermont. You must also have 3 to 5 years of experience in a hospital pharmacy setting.
