- Collaborate with leadership to understand and support the organization's goals, values, and culture.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to managers and employees on all HR-related matters.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process by developing job descriptions, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct regular check-ins with employees to ensure their needs and concerns are being addressed.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with federal and state laws and regulations.
- Act as a mediator and coach in resolving employee conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.
- Manage and track employee data and ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.
- Facilitate employee development and training opportunities to support career growth and retention.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management to address and resolve any HR-related issues.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving retention.
- Ensure confidentiality and data privacy for all HR-related matters.
- Maintain positive relationships with external partners, such as employment agencies and benefit providers.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With At Least 2 Years In A Business Partner Or Strategic Hr Role.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate And Build Relationships With All Levels Of Employees And Management.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Policies, Procedures, And Programs To Support Organizational Goals And Objectives.
