The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of histology and laboratory techniques, as well as the skills to accurately perform laboratory tests and create laboratory reports. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other members of the laboratory team is essential. Responsibilities:

1. Perform laboratory tests and create laboratory reports accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Ensure patient specimens are handled and prepared in accordance with laboratory protocols.
3. Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies in accordance with laboratory regulations.
4. Monitor laboratory quality control and ensure accurate results.
5. Prepare reagents and maintain records of reagent use and inventory.
6. Collaborate with other laboratory staff to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
7. Assist in the training of new laboratory personnel.
8. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
9. Provide excellent customer service to patients and other members of the healthcare team.
10. Remain up-to-date on new technology and laboratory methods.
