  1. Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas of the facility, including patient rooms, waiting areas, and common spaces.
  2. Follow proper cleaning and disinfecting protocols to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
  3. Adhere to all infection control and safety procedures to prevent the spread of illness and infection.
  4. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to effectively and efficiently perform assigned tasks.
  5. Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
  6. Communicate with patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  7. Work independently and prioritize tasks to ensure all assigned areas are cleaned and sanitized in a timely manner.
  8. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and presentable.
  9. Collaborate with other members of the environmental services team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
  10. Attend required trainings and meetings to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
  11. Adhere to departmental policies and procedures to maintain a consistent level of quality and cleanliness.
  12. Follow proper waste management protocols to ensure the safe disposal of biohazardous and infectious materials.
  13. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  14. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors by addressing any concerns or needs in a timely and professional manner.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the Environmental Services Supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For This Position Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Demonstrates A Basic Level Of Education And Ability To Learn And Follow Instructions.

  • Physical Ability To Perform Job Duties: This Role Requires Physical Stamina And The Ability To Lift And Move Heavy Objects, Such As Equipment And Furniture. Candidates Should Be In Good Physical Health And Able To Stand, Bend, And Lift For Extended Periods Of Time.
