  1. Provide high-quality and compassionate medical care to patients in the emergency department.
  2. Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to assess, diagnose, and treat patients.
  3. Perform urgent medical procedures and interventions as needed.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients.
  5. Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure understanding of treatment plans and recommendations.
  6. Stay up-to-date on current medical practices and advancements in emergency medicine.
  7. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.

  11. Attend and participate in department meetings and trainings.

  13. Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
  14. Continuously strive to improve patient care and outcomes.
  15. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects.
  16. Mentor and educate medical students and residents as needed.
  17. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement protocols and policies.
  18. Participate in on-call rotations and work flexible hours as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Physician Assistant Studies From An Accredited Program.

  • Current Certification As A Physician Assistant (Pa-C) By The National Commission On Certification Of Physician Assistants (Nccpa).

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In An Emergency Medicine Setting.

  • Strong Clinical Skills And Knowledge Of Emergency Medicine Protocols And Procedures.

  • Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment, With Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills.
