  1. Provide exceptional patient care by following established protocols and procedures.
  2. Collaborate with nursing staff to support patient care needs and ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
  3. Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in the field of nursing and clinical education.
  4. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  5. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.

  9. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.

  11. Serve as a role model for other staff members by displaying professionalism, compassion, and dedication to patient care.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the quality of patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Clinical Laboratory Science Or Related Field.

  • Certification As A Clinical Laboratory Scientist (Cls) Or Medical Technologist (Mt) By A Recognized Accrediting Agency.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Cnl Technologist In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Laboratory Equipment, Procedures, And Quality Control Standards.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Accurately Interpret And Report Laboratory Test Results.
