
Clinician - Supervisor Social Worker

Master's Degree In Social Work (Msw) From An Accredited Institution: A Clinician-Supervisor Social Worker At Uvm Medical Center Must Have A Graduate Degree In Social Work, Which Provides A Strong Foundation In Clinical Skills, Ethical Standards, And Social Justice Principles.
Current Licensure As A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw): To Practice As A Clinician-Supervisor Social Worker At Uvm Medical Center, Candidates Must Hold A Current And Valid Lcsw License In The State Of Vermont. This Demonstrates That The Individual Has Met The Rigorous Requirements For Clinical Practice And Is Committed To Maintaining Ethical And Professional Standards.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Social Work, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role: Uvm Medical Center Seeks Individuals With Extensive Experience In The Social Work Field, With A Strong Background In Providing Clinical Services And Managing Teams. The Ideal Candidate Will Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Supervising And Mentoring Social Work Staff.
Extensive Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Therapeutic Techniques And Interventions: As A Clinician-Supervisor, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Clinical Work Of Social Workers, Which Requires A Deep Understanding Of Evidence-Based Therapeutic Approaches And Interventions.
