  1. Coordinate and facilitate the smooth delivery of patient care within the medical group.
  2. Support the operations of the medical group, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
  3. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless healthcare delivery.
  5. Collaborate with various departments and teams to identify and address any operational issues or challenges.
  6. Monitor and track patient care metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  7. Maintain a thorough understanding of all clinical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.
  8. Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve the overall efficiency of the medical group.
  9. Participate in training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills related to clinical operations.
  10. Serve as a resource and point of contact for patients and healthcare providers regarding any operational inquiries or concerns.
  11. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the patient experience.
  12. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to healthcare operations.
  13. Provide support and assistance to the leadership team as needed.
  14. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in clinical operations.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the medical group to patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Operations, Preferably In A Medical Group Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Billing And Coding, Insurance Regulations, And Medicare/Medicaid Policies.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Multidisciplinary Teams.

  • Proficiency In Electronic Medical Record Systems And Other Healthcare Software.
