- Lead the HR team: Manage and oversee the daily operations and functions of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Develop HR strategies: Create and implement effective HR strategies and policies that align with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
- Foster a positive work culture: Create a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and implementing employee engagement and recognition programs.
- Ensure compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations: Serve as a resource for employees and managers on employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement training programs: Identify training needs and develop and implement training programs to support the professional development of employees and managers.
- Performance management: Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and providing coaching and feedback to employees.
- Data analysis and reporting: Utilize HR data to identify trends and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Budget management: Develop and manage the HR department budget, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with leadership: Work closely with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and develop HR strategies that support them.
- Stay current on industry trends: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and developments in HR to continuously improve and enhance the organization's HR practices.
- Uphold confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive employee information and handle all HR matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Recruit and retain top talent: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies.
- Lead by example: Serve as a role model for the organization's values and foster a positive and collaborative work environment through your actions and behaviors.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In A Human Resources Leadership Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of State And Federal Labor Laws, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeoc.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies And Initiatives, Such As Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, And Performance Management.
