Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field.
Current Rn Licensure In The State Of Vermont.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In An Emergency Department Setting.
Previous Leadership Experience, Such As Charge Nurse Or Supervisor.
Strong Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead A Team And Manage Multiple Tasks.
