  1. Accurately and efficiently select and load orders for delivery to customers.
  2. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
  3. Operate warehouse equipment and machinery in a safe and responsible manner.
  4. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  5. Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and productivity.
  7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to dress code, attendance, and punctuality.
  8. Communicate any issues or concerns with orders to the appropriate supervisor.
  9. Continuously monitor and report any inventory discrepancies or damages.
  10. Meet productivity and performance standards set by the company.
  11. Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse-related tasks as needed.
  12. Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
  13. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills when interacting with colleagues and customers.
  14. Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse manager or supervisor.

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Typically Required For A Warehouse Selector Position. This Demonstrates A Basic Level Of Education And The Ability To Understand And Follow Instructions.

  • Physical Fitness: Warehouse Selectors Are Required To Lift, Stack, And Move Heavy Packages And Products On A Daily Basis. As Such, Physical Fitness And Strength Are Important Qualifications For This Job. Candidates Should Be Able To Lift Up To 50 Pounds Frequently And Up To 100 Pounds Occasionally.

  • Forklift Operation: Many Warehouse Selector Positions Require The Operation Of Forklifts And Other Heavy Machinery. Candidates Should Have Prior Experience And Be Certified In Forklift Operation To Ensure Safety And Efficiency In The Warehouse.

  • Attention To Detail: Warehouse Selectors Are Responsible For Accurately Selecting And Packing Orders, As Well As Maintaining Inventory Levels. Attention To Detail Is Crucial In Ensuring The Correct Products Are Selected And Orders Are Fulfilled Accurately.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: The Warehouse Environment Can Be Fast-Paced And Demanding, With Strict Deadlines And Targets To Meet. Candidates For A Warehouse Selector Position Should Be Able To Work Efficiently And Effectively In A High-Pressure Environment. Time-Management And Organizational Skills Are Also Important Qualifications For This Job.
