1. Accurately and efficiently pick orders for delivery to customers.
2. Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
3. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
4. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and responsible manner.
5. Verify accuracy of picked orders before delivery.
6. Communicate any discrepancies or issues with orders to the appropriate team members.
7. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and food handling guidelines.
8. Keep accurate records of inventory and report any shortages or damages.
9. Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
10. Maintain a high level of customer service by providing a positive and friendly attitude to all team members and customers.
11. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
12. Adhere to company standards for quality control and product freshness.
13. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
14. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
15. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
