- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify potential new clients and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote our brand and build relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed and make strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and logistics, to develop and execute sales plans.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to senior management.
- Train and mentor junior sales team members to help them achieve their targets and develop their skills.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulations to ensure compliance and inform sales strategies.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions and sales processes.
- Conduct market research and gather feedback from clients to improve our products and services.
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and maintain relationships.
- Act as a brand ambassador and uphold the company's values and standards in all interactions.
- Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Food Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Strong Understanding Of Customer Relationship Management And Ability To Develop And Maintain Relationships With Key Accounts.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Presentation Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
