  1. Develop and implement data-driven talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent within US Foods.
  2. Utilize analytics to identify trends and insights in talent management data, providing recommendations to improve processes and drive business success.
  3. Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support strategic decision-making related to talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources, including employee surveys, performance reviews, and recruitment metrics.
  5. Create and maintain data dashboards and reports to track key talent management metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, HR teams, and other stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent management and analytics to continuously improve processes and strategies.
  8. Design and implement data-driven solutions to improve the employee experience, increase retention, and support career development.
  9. Partner with HR and business leaders to identify and address talent management challenges and opportunities.
  10. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and implementing quality control processes.
  11. Train and educate HR teams and managers on talent management analytics and how to utilize data to make informed decisions.
  12. Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement new tools and technologies to enhance data collection and analysis.
  13. Adhere to all data privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on talent management analytics, providing guidance and support to HR teams and business leaders.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management strategies and make recommendations for improvements as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Analytics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Talent Management Analytics Or A Similar Role.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools Such As Tableau, Power Bi, Or Sql.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Talent Management Processes, Including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, And Succession Planning.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Translate Complex Data Into Actionable Insights For Key Stakeholders.
