Job Description

  1. Develop and implement training programs and initiatives that align with the company's supply chain strategy and goals.
  2. Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and determine appropriate training solutions.
  3. Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online courses, that effectively communicate complex supply chain concepts and processes.
  4. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for employees at all levels, from frontline workers to management.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training initiatives are integrated and aligned with other areas of the business.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
  8. Mentor and coach employees to support their career development and growth within the organization.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors to leverage resources and expertise.
  10. Work closely with HR and management to identify and address performance and development needs of employees.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to employees on supply chain processes and procedures.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, in all training activities.
  13. Manage the training budget to optimize resources and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  14. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to supply chain training and development as assigned.
  15. Promote a positive and engaging learning culture that supports the company's values and goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Food Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Principles And Practices, Including Inventory Management, Demand Forecasting, And Logistics.

  • Experience In Designing And Delivering Training Programs For Supply Chain Personnel.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Train And Coach Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
