
Supply Chain Training Manager

- Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of supply chain team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and create targeted training solutions.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate team members on supply chain processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Design and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in supply chain management to incorporate into training programs.
- Communicate training initiatives and updates to team members and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training vendors, as needed.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to support their development and growth.
- Analyze training data and provide reports on training effectiveness and team member performance.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to develop career progression plans for supply chain team members.
- Ensure compliance with all training and development policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and initiatives.
- Participate in company-wide projects and initiatives related to supply chain training and development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes continuous learning and development.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Food Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing And Training A Team Of Supply Chain Professionals.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes, Including Procurement, Inventory Management, Logistics, And Distribution.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Train And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
