Supply Chain Training Manager

1. Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of supply chain team members.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and create targeted training solutions.
3. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate team members on supply chain processes, procedures, and best practices.
4. Design and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in supply chain management to incorporate into training programs.
7. Communicate training initiatives and updates to team members and stakeholders.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with external training vendors, as needed.
9. Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to support their development and growth.
10. Analyze training data and provide reports on training effectiveness and team member performance.
11. Collaborate with HR and leadership to develop career progression plans for supply chain team members.
12. Ensure compliance with all training and development policies and procedures.
13. Contribute to the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and initiatives.
14. Participate in company-wide projects and initiatives related to supply chain training and development.
15. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes continuous learning and development.
