- Develop and implement training programs for employees in the supply chain department.
- Identify training needs and gaps within the supply chain team and create training materials accordingly.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve employee skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand their training needs and align training programs with company goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management to ensure training materials are relevant and up-to-date.
- Provide coaching and support to employees to help them improve their performance and achieve their career goals.
- Manage training budgets and resources effectively.
- Communicate training initiatives and progress to senior management.
- Act as a subject matter expert on supply chain processes and procedures to provide guidance and support to employees.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers to bring in specialized training programs when needed.
- Participate in recruitment and selection processes for supply chain positions and assist in onboarding new employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during training sessions.
- Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in supply chain processes and procedures and incorporate them into training programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all employees.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Supply Chain Management And/Or Logistics.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills.
Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Experience Implementing Supply Chain Strategies.
Experience With Training And Development Programs For Supply Chain Personnel.
