  1. Conduct process analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in the replenishment process.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, logistics, and sales, to develop and implement process improvements.
  3. Create and maintain detailed documentation of replenishment processes, procedures, and policies.
  4. Utilize data and analytics to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
  5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
  6. Develop and implement training programs for replenishment team members and other stakeholders to ensure understanding and adherence to processes and procedures.
  7. Identify and resolve issues and roadblocks in the replenishment process to ensure timely and accurate product availability.
  8. Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery and quality of products.
  9. Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement technological solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in replenishment and supply chain operations.
  11. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on replenishment processes and address any concerns or issues.
  12. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve overall supply chain operations.
  13. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate replenishment of products.
  14. Identify cost-saving opportunities and work with the finance team to implement them.
  15. Mentor and provide guidance to junior replenishment team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Inventory Control, Or Replenishment Analysis.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Cross-Functional Processes, Including Forecasting, Demand Planning, And Inventory Management.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Trends, Patterns, And Opportunities For Process Improvement.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
