- Oversee night operations of the warehouse, including managing inventory, organizing product placement, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food products to customers
- Manage a team of warehouse employees, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance to ensure a high level of productivity and efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse processes and increase overall efficiency
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and proper rotation of products
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products to customers
- Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations in the warehouse
- Monitor and control expenses related to warehouse operations, including labor and inventory costs
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to continuously improve operations and customer satisfaction
- Communicate and collaborate with senior management to provide updates on warehouse operations and make recommendations for improvements.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Warehouse Management, Preferably In A Food Distribution Environment.
Extensive Knowledge Of Warehouse Operations, Including Inventory Management, Logistics, And Safety Protocols.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Warehouse Employees.
Proficiency In Using Warehouse Management Systems And Other Technology Tools To Track And Monitor Inventory And Orders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Logistics, Or A Related Field, Or Equivalent Combination Of Education And Experience.
