1. Develop and implement efficient warehouse procedures to ensure timely and accurate picking, loading, and delivery of orders.
2. Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies and procedures.
3. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing department to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
4. Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of orders.
5. Maintain a safe and clean warehouse environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
6. Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of operations.
7. Create and maintain schedules for warehouse staff, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.

9. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to warehouse staff.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
11. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and vendors, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
12. Monitor and control expenses within budget, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and implement best practices in warehouse management.
14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner, promoting a culture of exceptional customer service.
