Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement financial reporting processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP principles

-Lead the financial reporting team in preparing and delivering accurate and timely financial reports -Monitor financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and consistency -Analyze financial information and make recommendations on process and procedure improvements -Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reports and statements -Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and other key stakeholders -Communicate financial information to stakeholders in a timely and organized fashion -Stay abreast of changes in financial regulations, legislation, and industry trends -Provide guidance, training, and support to team members -Manage the team’s workload to ensure deadlines are met -Provide coaching and feedback to team members to maximize productivity and performance
