  1. Accurately and efficiently select and pack customer orders according to company standards.
  2. Ensure all products are properly labeled and organized for delivery.
  3. Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and responsible manner.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
  5. Collaborate with other warehouse team members to meet daily productivity goals.
  6. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members to address any issues or concerns.
  7. Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, inventory control, and quality assurance.
  8. Keep accurate records of inventory and assist with inventory management tasks.
  9. Adhere to delivery schedules and ensure orders are delivered on time.
  10. Continuously strive to improve efficiency and accuracy in order fulfillment processes.
  11. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market changes to better serve customers.
  13. Take responsibility for personal and professional growth within the company.

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Basic Education Is Required To Understand And Follow Instructions, As Well As Operate Equipment And Complete Paperwork Accurately.

  • Previous Warehouse Experience: Prior Experience In A Warehouse Setting Is Preferred, As It Demonstrates Familiarity With Safety Protocols, Inventory Management Systems, And Basic Warehouse Operations.

  • Physical Fitness: This Position Requires Frequent Lifting, Bending, And Standing For Extended Periods Of Time. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Lift Up To 50 Pounds Regularly.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Night Warehouse Selector, One Must Be Able To Accurately Read And Follow Orders, As Well As Organize And Prioritize Tasks To Meet Tight Deadlines. Attention To Detail Is Crucial To Ensure The Correct Products And Quantities Are Selected For Each Order.

  • Ability To Work Independently: This Position Involves Working In A Fast-Paced, High-Pressure Environment With Minimal Supervision. Candidates Must Be Self-Motivated And Able To Work Efficiently And Accurately Without Constant Direction.
