  1. Accurately and efficiently select and pack food products for delivery to customers.
  2. Ensure all orders are correctly picked and packed according to company standards.
  3. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to avoid errors and ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks and meet daily deadlines.
  5. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  6. Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and organize products.
  7. Keep work area clean and organized to promote a safe and efficient workspace.
  8. Communicate any product or equipment issues to management in a timely manner.
  9. Follow all company policies and procedures, including food safety regulations.
  10. Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as needed.
  11. Meet productivity and performance standards set by the company.
  12. Continuously improve efficiency and suggest process improvements to optimize warehouse operations.
  13. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts as needed.
  14. Ensure all products are properly labeled and stored in designated areas.

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Basic Education Is Necessary For This Job To Understand Written And Verbal Instructions, As Well As Perform Basic Math Calculations.
