1. Accurately and efficiently select and load products onto pallets for shipment to customers.
2. Operate heavy machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and responsible manner.
3. Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to meet daily production goals.
4. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
5. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies and procedures.
6. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.

8. Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the quality and integrity of products.
9. Be open to cross-training and performing other warehouse duties as needed.

11. Perform physical tasks, such as lifting, carrying, and stacking heavy items, for extended periods of time.
12. Able to work in a refrigerated environment for the duration of the shift.
13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working under pressure.
14. Comply with all company policies and procedures regarding attendance, punctuality, and work performance.
