- Oversee and manage the digital merchandising team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of eCommerce strategies with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in eCommerce and digital merchandising to continuously optimize strategies.
- Work closely with the eCommerce and marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and programs.
- Ensure a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience for customers through effective merchandising and product placement.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate and secure competitive pricing and promotions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure availability and timely delivery of products to customers.
- Analyze and report on sales and performance data to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, related to eCommerce and digital merchandising.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the digital merchandising team.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to drive maximum ROI and meet financial targets.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to stay informed about the latest trends and network with industry professionals.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Ecommerce Digital Merchandising, Preferably In The Food Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Digital Merchandising Strategies, Tactics, And Best Practices.
Experience Managing And Leading A Team, With Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions And Optimize Merchandising Efforts.
