IT Delivery Consultant

We’re looking for a skilled and passionate IT Delivery Consultant who will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT solutions and services to US Foods customers. As an IT Delivery Consultant, you will work with the US Foods team to design, develop, and implement systems and services to meet customer requirements.To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for technology and excellent problem-solving skills. You should be a self-motivated individual who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. If you are a customer-focused IT professional with experience in the food industry, we want to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field• At least 5 years of IT experience, preferably in the food or retail industry• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, databases, networks, and security• Experience with software development and implementation• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Self-motivated and customer-focused approach

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement IT solutions and services to meet customer requirements.
2. Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate IT solutions.
3. Monitor and maintain IT systems and services to ensure optimal performance.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.
5. Train customers on use of IT solutions.
6. Work with US Foods team to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Research and recommend new technologies to improve customer experience.
8. Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.
9. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
10. Develop and maintain technical documentation.
