As the Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to our leadership team, ensuring the smooth operation of our CHEF'STORE location.   1. Provide administrative support to the leadership team at CHEF'STORE, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  2. Maintain an organized and efficient office environment by managing filing systems, ordering supplies, and overseeing general office upkeep.
  3. Act as the first point of contact for all internal and external communications, answering phones, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate parties.
  4. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members and key stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  5. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for the leadership team, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  6. Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  7. Assist with event planning and execution, including coordinating catering, creating agendas, and managing RSVPs.
  8. Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality at all times.
  9. Proactively anticipate and address the needs of the leadership team, finding solutions and taking initiative to ensure their success.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency within the office.
  11. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to all guidelines.
  12. Serve as a positive and professional representative of US Foods and CHEF'STORE, both internally and externally.
  13. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, supporting and assisting team members as needed.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by the leadership team.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Executive Administrative Support, Preferably In The Food Industry.

  • Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Priorities.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With All Levels Of Management And External Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Software, With The Ability To Learn New Systems Quickly.

  • Knowledge Of The Food Industry And Understanding Of Food Service Operations, Including Inventory Management And Customer Service.
