- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed district sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the district.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Train and mentor sales representatives within the district to ensure they are meeting their sales goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

- Act as a liaison between customers and the company to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of US Foods' products and services to effectively promote and sell to customers.
- Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Keep up-to-date with industry news and developments to identify potential business opportunities.

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Management: A District Sales Manager At Us Foods Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Sales Team For At Least 5 Years. This Experience Should Include Setting And Achieving Sales Targets, Developing Sales Strategies, And Managing A Team Of Sales Representatives.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: A District Sales Manager Must Possess Exceptional Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Drive Sales. They Should Also Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Their Team, Senior Management, And Clients.
Extensive Knowledge Of The Food Industry: Us Foods Is A Leading Foodservice Distributor, And A District Sales Manager Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Food Industry, Including Trends, Competitors, And Customer Preferences. This Knowledge Will Be Essential In Developing Sales Strategies And Identifying Growth Opportunities.
