- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales associates to maximize their potential and drive team performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improve sales performance.
- Monitor and manage sales goals and targets for the district.
- Participate in sales meetings and collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals.
- Train and onboard new sales team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to make informed sales decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and launch new products and services.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent the company and promote our products and services.
- Demonstrate leadership by motivating and inspiring team members to achieve their goals.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Sales Experience, Preferably In The Food Industry.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Colleagues.
