- Develop and implement strategic business plans for the assigned territory to drive growth and profitability.
- Identify and target potential new business opportunities within the foodservice industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to increase sales and market share.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the foodservice industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor market and competitor activity to identify potential threats and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers to showcase US Foods' products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to maximize profitability.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of US Foods' product offerings and industry trends.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company goals and objectives.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote US Foods' brand and services.
- Train and mentor sales team members on business development strategies and best practices.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Continuously seek out new opportunities for professional development and improvement in business development skills.
Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Business Development, Or Account Management.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Business Plans To Drive Revenue Growth.
Strong Understanding Of The Foodservice Industry And Knowledge Of Key Players In The Local Market.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Customers.
