- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence and drive sales within assigned area.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives.

- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure they are meeting their targets and driving growth within their respective territories.
- Continuously seek out opportunities for professional development and stay updated on industry best practices and techniques.
- Collaborate with other ABDMs and sales leaders to share best practices and develop strategies for overall company growth.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain high ethical standards in all business interactions.
- Travel within the assigned area to meet with customers and attend industry events as needed.
- Act as a thought leader and expert in the industry, representing the company at conferences, trade shows, and other events.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of The Food Industry And Current Market Trends.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Business Development, Preferably In The Food Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Managing Business Relationships And Driving Sales Growth.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
