Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Patient-Facing Role

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Healthcare Providers, And Other Team Members
