Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Patient-Facing Role
Proficiency In Electronic Medical Record Systems And Knowledge Of Medical Terminology
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Healthcare Providers, And Other Team Members
Knowledge Of Insurance And Billing Processes, Including Experience With Insurance Verification And Claims Management.
