
Financial Analyst
The Financial Analyst will play an integral role in managing operational details of the clinical departmental funding process. The Analyst will be required to work independently in seeking information from a variety of internal UW medicine resources, and external entities for on-going assignments and special projects. Design, develop, and manage financial tracking, and reporting. Provide comprehensive, as well as targeted and specific, financial analyses and reporting for decision-making. Create reporting processes to support continuous processes improvements as requested. Provide quality assurance reviews of programmatic reviews and reporting. Manage day-to-day programmatic details of the clinical departmental funding process including tracking and trending reports and analysis. Create ad hoc operational reports for the unit based on cyclical reporting needs.
At least three years' experience in financial analysis and project management.
Previous experience with clinical funds preferred
Understanding of compliance issues in healthcare environment.
